Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Our policy is to make sure you’re satisfied, which is why PetHub has a No Questions Asked Return Policy**. If you are not satisfied with the product you received from us, just contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will give you a return authorization code and instructions on how to return the product to us. We will then either replace the product at no charge, or refund the cost of the product to you. We only ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping. After 30 days, we will happily exchange any defective product for a product (or products) of equal value. For wholesale purchase of 12 items or more, there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. (The only exception to our policy is for personalized products (such as a tag or collar) that was delivered to you following your specifications - be sure to measure carefully for collars, and type carefully when entering names and phone numbers). Only the original price you paid for for the product that you return to us is refundable -- shipping & handling are non-refundable.
Canceling Premium subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with PetHub's Premium Service Plan, you may cancel it at any time and will be given store credit equal to the amount remaining for your plan. Please contact us and we will provide you with a store credit code. Your store credit will be pro-rated based on the number of month's remaining on your subscription.
**Can I return or exchange a customized collar or tag?
This is the one exception to our Return Policy described above. Custom handmade collars and personalized tags include made-to-order artwork and therefore cannot be returned unless there was a mistake on our part. Because customized products cannot be re-used, we cannot exchange these products due to incorrect fit or a mistyped entries provided by you on your original order. Please be very sure to accurately measure your pet’s neck size and then place your order carefully.
We guarantee that the QR code on your pet’s tag or collar will never become unusable. If normal wear & tear causes the code to become unreadable, we’ll replace it once for free. Take care not to place PetHub tags next to other tags that will transfer paint or otherwise damage our tags. Remember: you can place license & rabies tag information on your pet's profile and move down to a single, PetHub tag. (Check with your local municipality to confirm this is acceptable).
