Order Processing

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery due to high order volume. Due to limited inventory quantities, if a product sells out before your order is fulfilled, you will be contacted for a refund or to select an alternate item of the same cost.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Our policy is to make sure you’re satisfied, which is why PetHub has a No Questions Asked Return Policy**. If you are not satisfied with the product you received from us, just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will send instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund of the cost of the product to you. We only ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping.
After 120 days, we will happily exchange any defective product for a product (or products) of equal value but cannot provide refunds.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges on discontinued/clearance items. ReadyKits can be exchanged or returned if all items are included upon return.
Canceling Premium subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with PetHub's Premium service, you may cancel it at any time. A Monthly plan will automatically expire at the end of the 30-days from your last charge. If you cancel an Annual plan, you will be given store credit equal to the amount remaining for your plan for that year.  Lifetime plans are non-refundable and non-transferrable after 120 days. Our Guarantee

We guarantee that the QR code on your pet’s tag or collar will never become unusable. If normal wear & tear causes the code to become unreadable, we’ll replace it once for free. Take care not to place PetHub tags next to other tags that will transfer paint or otherwise damage our tags. Remember: you can place license & rabies tag information on your pet's profile and move down to a single, PetHub tag. (Check with your local municipality to confirm this is acceptable).
