Activate PetHub WalletCard
The card you are activating can be linked to a new or existing pet profile on PetHub.com. There you can help first responders find who to contact to help your pet in the event you are unavailable. Rescuers can either scan the QR code, type in the web address, or call PetHub's free 24x7 hotline.
First things first: do you want to link this card to a single pet profile or have it show multiple pets when scanned?

Tell me more - What exactly is PetHub?
PetHub provides a free account for pet owners with the ability to create unlimited free profiles for their pets. Those profiles can then be linked to any of our ID tags, collars or wallet cards like the one you used to reach this page.
On those pet profiles, you can include multiple emergency contacts, license and rabies tag numbers, microchip, critical medications, dietary needs, and much more.
Because a tag, collar or wallet card can all point to the one profile, updating your pet's critical data is immediately accessible. If you choose to provide the information but "hide" it so that it does not appear when the profile is viewed, our 24x7 call center staff can still access that data safely and securely. The call center will acts as a "bridge" between the rescuer and your emergency contacts (thereby not giving out your personal information).
Optionally, you may upgrade to PetHub's premium subscription, which:
- will send a GPS map to your emergency contacts
- give you instant alerts that the pet's profile was viewed
- provide you access to PetHub partner discounts (insurance, magazines, pet food, etc.)
- all you access to PetHub's database of 13,000 shelters in North America (allowing you to broadcast a missing pet alert to all shelters within a 50-mile radius)
