My city uses these tags as the city license - which requires a new one each year. Is there a way to merge pets or just update the tag info for the pet without creating a new pet each time?
Hi! There is no need to create a new pet each time. Simply go to your current pet's record, click the "Link a tag" button, and type in the new tag ID. It will link the new tag to your pet's current profile. You can have as many tags as you want pointing at a single record in case you ever have other tags on another collar, harness, doggy backpack, etc.
