Duncan is a 14-year-old Papillon who’s partially blind and deaf. On the morning of November 4th, his family awoke to find him Ducan missing. They took to their cars to search the neighborhood, but he was nowhere to be found. Luckily, when they returned home, they found an email from PetHub stating, “Duncan has been found!” A teacher spotted Duncan running across a busy road, chased him down and took him to work with her. Once they arrived at her school, the teacher scanned his ID and his parents were notified.
